2022–2024

Led the growth of a dynamic workshop program, expanding class offerings by 20% and increasing revenue by 50% in the first year. Oversaw 150+ annual workshops, supervised a team of 30+ educators, streamlined operations, and launched new programs in publishing, writing, and riso printing.


Continuing Education Registrar, International Center of Photography

2021–2022

Managed enrollment for 80 public classes per term, conducted portfolio reviews, and guided class placements. Developed strategies to boost enrollment and collaborated with marketing and education leadership to expand audience reach.

Supervised Visitor Engagement staff and managed museum-wide admissions and ticketing. Analyzed revenue and demographic data to enhance audience reach and streamlined entry logistics for major events and performances.


MFA Thesis, School of the Art Institute of Chicago

2017–2019

Developed a participatory walking tour, a hand-bound book of photographs and text, and a gallery installation of photographs exploring the tensions inherent in inhabiting sites of visible and invisible histories. Interrogated specific sites of significance to Chicago history as shown in a found 1981 walking tour, “Walking with Women through Chicago History,” led people through this tour in an interactive participatory element and in an artists’ publication. Developed a gallery talk involving key figures important to the sites of the 1981 tour, exploring archival documents and sharing oral histories with the public.


Museum Education Graduate Scholar, School of the Art Institute of Chicago

2018–2019

Developed K-12 tour curriculum focused on DEAI initiatives, collaborating with teaching artists and educators. Led public gallery talks using inquiry-based pedagogy, and evaluated program success through detailed analysis and documentation.
